Iruel: This Angel was able to infiltrate Nerv during an autopilot test involving all three children. The angel is able to evolve instantaneously to adapt to any situation, and attempts to destroy Nerv by hacking into the Magi and ordering them to initiate self-destruct mechanisms in the Geofront. Ritsuko is able to counteract the angel's invasion with her programming skill just in time.
