Warrior Aquila's Aspirations: to determine the meaning of her dream, and why she is the only female Constellation Warrior

Heather is a short girl of a slight build, about 5'3" tall, weighing around 100 pounds. Her light reddish-brown hair is cut very short, and her eyes fade from yellow to brown from the center. She prefers to wear loose, boyish clothing, causing many to mistake her for a small, skinny boy.

There seems to be a conflict between the two sides of Heather's personality. She enjoys playing sports, and can keep up with most boys in the sports she plays. In fact, her boyish attitude, looks, and manner of dress make many of the students at her high school wonder if she is a lesbian. On the other hand, she loves to read and cook, and is learning to crochet from her Aunt Diane. This leaves her a little bit confused between these two sides, but she doesn't know why.

Heather doesn't think that she is a lesbian, but she doesn't remember for sure. Though she is rejected by almost all the social circles at her school-most girls don't like her because they believe she is a lesbian, and boys aren't interested in her because she is too much like them-she seems, for the most part, oblivious of their thoughts. She isn't sure enough of her identity to decide what to do.

One of Heather/Aquila's strengths is her strength. Though she is a small girl, she is athletic and strong, making her physical attacks as a Warrior effective where they might otherwise not be. Though her preferred weapon is a staff, she can pick up and use just about any weapon with some degree of success. She has excellent reflexes, and heals quickly when hurt. She is also willing to protect those she's fighting with, and isn't easily frightened.

Heather can't take a joke on herself. She will get upset if someone even jests at her, but she is still oblivious to most of what is said about her. Though she is definitely not a follower, put her in a leadership position, and she wilts. She becomes afflicted with indecision and worries about every little choice that she has to make. She can be argumentative at times, but if she is proven wrong, she won't get aggressive--she will simply get upset with herself and berate herself for being stupid.

As a Warrior, she can attack physically, but she has no offensive magic, which she cannot understand. She thinks it has something to do with the fact that she is female, but more than that she has no idea.

When she arrived on Earth, Heather remembered going by only one name--Eagle, a title given to Warriors of Aquila. She hardly remembered why she was there, but she knew that she was the Warrior of Aquila. She doesn't know why she is the only female Warrior, but all she remembers of her former life are details that mean nothing taken out of context, and a recurring dream of a veiled woman in white and gold and a man in armor similar to that she wears as Warrior Aquila. She took the name Heather Adler (Adler is German for eagle) to sound more like a human, and lives with her so-called Aunt Diane, a woman who knows of the CAU and agreed to take one of the Warriors into her home. Heather's "uncle" and "cousin", on the other hand, know nothing of her identity.

She knows that it is her duty to fight darkness and protect Terra, and tries not to question it, as it seems to be the only constant in her life. She looks to the other Galactic Senshi & Constellation Warriors for any clue on who she is, but feels that she must wait until she can find out on her own.

Warrior Aquila wears a skin-tight suit without sleeves, most of it red, with blue lines and silver markings. Her short boots are silver, as is her headband. Set in the middle of her headband and at the heart of her fuku are pearls, and wrapped around her arms is a red cape, made of thin, wispy fabric.

After she cries this phrase, raising her left hand, a ring appears on her finger and glows. Heather spreads her arms, and eagle wings appear around them as if they are a part of her arms. She turns around completely so while her back is turned her wings cover her body and when she has made the full turn she is glowing red. Her skin takes its natural again, starting at her fingertips and the top of her head, and the markings on her fuku draw glowing lines, then fade to their appearance as they would be after complete transformation. Finally, the wings become her cape, and her headband extends around her forehead.

For some reason, transforming is very painful for Warrior Aquila, and sometimes it is difficult for her to maintain her form. She gains few--if any--special abilities from her transformation.

Warrior Aquila is only able to use physical attacks, and though she has a staff she prefers to fight with, there is nothing special about it. She can fight reasonably well without magic, but if there were some sort of barrier that needed a more "magical" attack to break through, she'd be pretty much useless.
