Name: Kieme Aemonstane

Appearance: Kieme has violet eyes, though they are not as intense as those of the Queen of Shadows. Her hair is burgundy-colored and wavy, falling past her shoulders. She often pulls it back in a ponytail to keep it out of her eyes. She dresses well, hinting that her rank in Aradinea's army is much higher than she admits.
Personality: Kieme has a very cynical view of the world, and trusts no one completely except herself and her Queen. She does her best to separate herself emotionally from the people around her, only smiling at her own caustic and ironic comments. She does speak her mind, though, when something annoys her; and it seems as if nearly everything annoys her.
Personal History: Kieme does not like to speak about her past. Despite her eye color and last name, she insists that if she is related to Aradinea or the deceased King of Thieves Rondin Aemonstane, she doesn't know of it. She was sent to follow Triana and Kreis back to Norana after they were released from the camp of the Queen of Shadows, and saved Kreis's life when he was attacked by a dralion. According to custom, Kreis was then bound to act as a servant to her because he owes her his life, even though they both distrust and dislike each other.
