Though she is called yl lucineau, a goddess among sprites, she is not all-powerful. She simply has no specific elemental background, much more magical power, and was born from a "shining seed" called a lucinayam. There were once several lucineau, but now most have been killed, leaving Tallaerie as the only one left. She created a lucinayam, but lost it a little more than twenty years ago. To do penance for this, she went to Earth by the power of aralim, and hid herself. Now she has returned to Elorhe, and the location of the "shining seed" is still unknown. It is possible that the seed has sprouted, and a young goddess could be anywhere.
